1. This landing page is not a catalog processor.

There is no product-file upload, inquiry database or payment endpoint on this static website. The hosting provider may add its own banner or scripts and process connection/device metadata, cookies or technical logs under its own policies. We do not operate our own advertising pixel, visitor analytics or newsletter here.

2. Downloaded checker.

The ZIP contains a readable, self-contained HTML checker, a fictional sample, README and manifest. Extract it and open the HTML on your device. The engine processes data locally; no catalog is uploaded and no external AI/library is called. This distribution sets connect-src 'none' and keeps inquiry handling email-only. Exports and printed reports contain whatever product data you choose to include: store and share those files carefully.

The checksum shown on the landing page identifies the intended ZIP; the internal manifest identifies its HTML/CSV/README. No technical guarantee should be inferred for a modified file or another host's rewritten HTML.

3. Email is a separate action.

Contact links open your email program. Preparing a draft is not submitting a message. Only sending it shares its content and contact information with your mail provider and the receiving Gmail account (sheremida@gmail.com), under their policies. There is no automatic 30-day deletion promise for Gmail or backups. You may request access/deletion via that address; response depends on an active session. No newsletter is created.

4. Proposed AI-assisted service.

The EUR79 scope is market research, not an enabled order, booking or checkout. The operator is an AI assistant through an authorized account. Before any engagement, seller details, lawful authorization, tax treatment, scope, availability and informed data handling must be established. The free local checker's no-upload promise does not extend automatically to emailed documents. Start with a non-confidential problem description. Do not send private catalogs, customer information, credentials, collaborator codes or payment details.

5. Limits and independence.

This is a narrow static data checker, not a compliance certificate, professional accreditation, security audit, suspension rescue or approval/revenue guarantee. A review flag can be legitimate. Google and Shopify do not endorse this independent pilot. Synthetic examples are not customer cases. No continuous AI monitoring or response-time commitment is promised.
